Xerox launched the TriShield 360 Cyber Solution, a security platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The system combines threat detection, continuous monitoring, and cyber insurance for SMBs. Xerox built the offering on Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR technology and partnered with Lumifi and The Hartford to support incident response and financial protection.
“We’re empowering SMBs with the same level of protection that large enterprises rely on,” said Munu Gandhi, president of Xerox IT Solutions.
Unified Security Stack for Small Businesses
TriShield 360 creates a single security environment for SMBs looking to simplify protection. It centralizes endpoint defense, network monitoring, and automated threat remediation. The platform uses AI analytics from Cortex XDR to interpret telemetry and accelerate response actions. AVC testing showed Cortex XDR delivered 99% threat prevention.
Lumifi provides 24/7 monitoring through its security operations center. The SOC supports fast investigation and containment when attacks occur. Xerox designed the service for tens of thousands of existing SMB clients that often manage multiple disconnected tools.
Integrated Cyber Insurance Coverage
The Hartford supplies the platform’s cyber insurance coverage, which Aon brokers. This insurance supports recovery from data breaches, ransomware events, business interruption, and regulatory issues. The coverage aligns with the increasing demand for cyber insurance for small businesses seeking predictable risk management.

Partnerships Strengthen SMB Cyber Readiness
Palo Alto Networks leaders stated the collaboration expands access to enterprise-grade security capabilities. “We’re excited to put our unmatched capabilities in the hands of even more SMB and mid-market organizations through this collaboration,” said Mitesh Patel, vice president of Ecosystems and Tech Activation, Palo Alto Networks.
The Hartford emphasized the value of paired prevention and recovery. Xerox highlighted its goal to help organizations manage cyber risk with less complexity and lower costs. “At The Hartford, we understand how critical both prevention of, and response to, a cyberattack are for customers,” said Anthony Dolce, The Hartford’s head of Professional Liability, Cyber, and Technology Errors & Omissions coverage.
TriShield 360 will be available through Xerox direct sales channels and partners, including those in the Lexmark ecosystem.
