WTW has appointed Ashley Hart as the Cyber Leader for its Private Equity and Transactional Solutions (PE&TS) team within Corporate Risk and Broking, North America. Hart will deliver cyber risk transfer solutions to private equity clients and their portfolio companies across North America in this role.
Hart previously served as the West Zone Region cyber insurance leader at Marsh, where she advised private equity firms and their portfolio companies on cyber solutions to protect against evolving exposures. Before her tenure at Marsh, Hart was a Claims Advocate and Cyber Claims Leader at WTW. Hart holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Richard Stockton University and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School. She is also a frequent speaker on cyber liability topics.
