Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) has appointed Francesca Kevill as Underwriter in its Cyber & Enterprise Risk team, enhancing its cyber liability insurance capabilities. She joins immediately and reports to Ellie Webb, Head of Delegated Cyber & IP.

Ellie Webb, Head of Delegated Cyber & IP at Tokio Marine Kiln, said:

“We’re delighted to welcome Francesca back to TMK,” said Webb. Adding, “This appointment reflects the continued momentum behind our cyber offering as we expand our capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our clients and brokers in an increasingly complex and rapidly growing global cyber landscape.”

Kevill brings underwriting experience from the London and Asia Pacific markets. Most recently, she was Cyber Underwriter at Tokio Marine Australia, where she built and managed the delegated cyber book, led pricing, underwriting guidelines, process development, and new API capabilities, and supported cyber governance and large-account risks.

Kevill previously worked at TMK in London, helping grow the insurer’s delegated and open market cyber portfolios. Her return comes as TMK invests further in cyber liability insurance products, talent, and underwriting infrastructure.

TMK Builds Cyber Liability Insurance Capability

TMK recently launched TMK Cyber CTRL and its Enterprise CTRL product. The company has also added Cesar Silvestre as Head of Cyber Reinsurance Solutions. They also added Ben Sitki as Underwriter, Cyber Reinsurance Solutions.

Webb said Kevill’s experience in two major cyber markets and her understanding of TMK’s business, products, and risk appetite made her a valuable addition to the team.

The move highlights competition for experienced cyber underwriters and the sector’s focus on scale, governance, and product development as demand grows for cyber liability insurance.
