Mosaic Insurance has made two key leadership changes aimed at enhancing its global cyber insurance operations and client engagement strategy.

DeLong Takes on New Global Role
Yosha DeLong has been promoted to the newly created position of Global Engagement Officer. She will oversee global market outreach across business lines. This includes product distribution, business growth, client relationships, and digital sales efforts. DeLong has led Mosaic’s cyber unit since its inception in 2021. Based in Chicago, her team now spans 32 cyber specialists operating in six countries.
Bonkoski Joins as Global Head of Cyber
Brian Bonkoski will join Mosaic on June 16 as the Global Head of Cyber. He brings 20 years of experience in cyber insurance. Most recently, he was senior vice president at Chubb. There, he managed U.S. national production and broker distribution. Bonkoski has also held executive roles at AIG. He will work from Philadelphia and oversee the development and profitability of cyber products worldwide.

Cyber Business Marks Strategic Focus
Cyber risk was Mosaic’s first product in 2021. It remains the fastest-growing segment. Mosaic currently offers cyber coverage in all regions with a maximum capacity of $25 million per risk. Clients include companies from various industries, including manufacturing and retail. The company expects cyber insurance to become its largest line by 2026.
