Marsh has unveiled plans to launch a comprehensive global cyber practice. The goal? Combine its extensive cyber capabilities encompassing insurance, risk intelligence, incident management, and cybersecurity on a global scale.
Tom Reagan, the current Cyber Practice Leader for the US and Canada at Marsh Specialty, has been appointed as the Global Specialty Head of Cyber for Marsh Specialty. In this role, Mr. Reagan will oversee the delivery of cutting-edge transactional and advisory services that will empower clients worldwide to better identify, measure, and manage their cyber-related risks. He will continue to be based in New York.
Additional leadership changes include:
Meredith Schnur, who presently serves as the Cyber Brokerage Leader for the US and Canada, will succeed Mr. Reagan. Schnur will lead Marsh Specialty’s US and Canada Cyber Practice as of January 1, 2024. She will also remain based in New York.
Greg Eskins, the current Cyber Product Leader for the US and Canada, will take on the role of leading the new Global Cyber Insurance Center. This will focus on developing and delivering innovative cyber insurance solutions to address global risk issues. Mr. Eskins will be based in Miami.
Brian Warszona, previously Deputy UK Cyber Practice Leader, will lead the new Global Cyber Digital Center. She will oversee the development and deployment of innovative digital tools and resources for clients. He is relocating to Chicago from London.
The establishment of this global cyber practice comes in response to the ongoing and ever-evolving challenge of cyber risks. Pat Donnelly, President Marsh Specialty and Global Placement, expressed confidence that consolidating Marsh’s cyber capabilities under Tom Reagan’s leadership will enhance their ability to assist clients and communities in managing cyber risks in today’s digital economy.
“Cyber risk remains an urgent, ongoing, and constantly evolving challenge for organizations around the world,” said Pat Donnelly. He added, “As the leading cyber insurance broker, we have an experienced and deep bench of talented cyber specialists ready to assume broader responsibilities.”
