The acquisition integrates Cybereason’s advanced Extended Detection and Response (XDR) platform with LevelBlue’s AI-driven Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services. Together, they will deliver faster detection, improved incident response, and deeper visibility into global threats.

SoftBank Corp., SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and Liberty Strategic Capital will invest in LevelBlue as part of the transaction. Their involvement underscores confidence in LevelBlue’s long-term strategy and innovation.
Former U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, Managing Partner at Liberty Strategic Capital, will join LevelBlue’s Board of Directors. Mnuchin said, “Cybersecurity is now inseparable from economic security and national resilience.”
