Comprehensive Cybersecurity Insurance Protection

HSB CyberPro combines insurance coverage with risk management tools. It includes cybercrime protection, data restoration, and crisis management support. The policy covers both first- and third-party risks, including system failures and ransomware attacks.

The coverage is available nationwide through brokers and is designed for organizations with revenues up to $2 billion. Industries served include retail, transportation, construction, hospitality, and non-profits.

Built on Decades of Cyber Expertise

HSB developed HSB CyberPro using nearly 20 years of cyber insurance experience. The program integrates active threat monitoring, computer forensics, and access to legal counsel. Businesses can also use HSB’s Cyber Safety platform, which provides vulnerability assessments, ransomware prevention, and employee cybersecurity training.

According to Stephanie Banning, head of cyber practice at HSB, the product gives businesses “the confidence to respond to an unexpected cyber attack.”

Part of a Broader Risk Management Strategy

HSB Canada, part of Munich Re, offers multi-line specialty insurance, including equipment breakdown and cyber risk coverage. The company combines engineering expertise with data-driven solutions to address modern technological threats.
