CYGNVS has introduced a new AI-powered platform designed to help organizations improve their incident response and cyber readiness. The CYGNVS AI model uses data from over 20,000 real-world cyber incidents to support quicker, more informed decisions during a crisis.
AI Built On Real-World Incident Data
The new system brings together CYGNVS’s own incident response data and anonymized insights from Marsh, a global leader in cyber insurance and risk advice. Each year, Marsh shares aggregated data from more than 2,500 cyber incidents. CYGNVS uses this information to build an AI model that spots patterns and helps response teams act quickly.
Marsh confirms no client data is shared with CYGNVS. All data used in training remains anonymized and privacy-compliant.
Partnership Strengthens Cyber Resilience
Thomas Reagan, Global Head of Cyber at Marsh, said the partnership builds on Marsh’s 25 years of experience in cyber insurance. Through this collaboration, companies can use AI-powered insights based on years of breach data, all while keeping information confidential.
“Clients expect Marsh to continue finding new ways to make our insights available to them in moments that matter. We collaborated with CYGNVS to bring this AI model to life for our clients, enabling them to learn from and apply our experience for more successful incident readiness and response,” said Reagan.
The AI model helps organizations improve readiness, reduce breach impact, and streamline regulatory reporting. CYGNVS positions it as a vital addition to any incident response strategy.

Protecting Privacy While Improving Readiness
Marsh creates the model weights on its own and checks the results to keep data secure. CYGNVS then combines these results with its own data to train a single system. This way, companies get real-world insights without risking private data.
Arvind Parthasarathi, CEO of CYGNVS, said this launch supports the company’s goal to strengthen global cyber resilience. The CYGNVS AI is now available to enterprise clients at no additional cost.
“Thanks to our collaboration with Marsh, customers get to have their cake and eat it too – by having a purpose-built AI for cyber readiness and response that’s built on learnings from tens of thousands of real-world incidents, while preserving customer data ownership and confidentiality,” said Parthasarathi.
