Parametrix has hired three new specialists: Eva Kwan, Albert Huang, and Kerri Colwell, as demand for cyber and digital infrastructure insurance continues to rise. Brokers are dealing with ongoing cyber losses, unexpected technology downtime, and SLA pressures that can quickly impact budgets. Parametrix aims to address these challenges with parametric coverage. Their products link payouts to verified performance data, so if monitoring shows a threshold is breached, the policy pays out a set amount.
“This is just the beginning of how we’re scaling our cyber underwriting team,” said Rick Wong, Head of Insurance at Parametrix.
Claims And Legal Oversight
Eva Kwan has joined as Head of Claims and Legal. She will lead claims strategy, legal matters, and compliance. Kwan has almost 20 years of experience in coverage and claims. She was previously Vice President of Claims at At-Bay and also managed cyber, media, and technology claims at Allianz and Hiscox USA. Parametrix expects her to help improve claims execution and speed up decisions.
Wholesale Underwriting Growth
Albert Huang has joined as Vice President and US National Wholesale Lead for Underwriting. He will work with wholesale brokers throughout the United States. Huang has nearly ten years of experience underwriting cyber liability insurance and technology errors and omissions risks. He previously held underwriting positions at Liberty Mutual and At-Bay. Parametrix plans to grow broker distribution for CyberPMX and related cyber liability products.
“Demand for our tech and cyber offerings continues to accelerate, and adding Albert and Eva is a clear reflection of both that growth and our long-term commitment to the wholesale and retail broker community,” said Wong.

Data Center SLA Distribution
Kerri Colwell has joined as Director of Digital Infrastructure Practice. She will help design and distribute Data Center SLA solutions. Colwell spent over 11 years at Citizens Bank, focusing on underwriting and financing large digital infrastructure deals.
“Kerri understands how data center risk intersects with financing and valuation, which is exactly what our broker partners need as SLA exposure becomes a central deal consideration,” said Jonathan Hatzor, CEO at Parametrix.
