CRC Group, a North American wholesale specialty insurance distributor, has integrated INSUREtrust into its Wholesale Brokerage Division. This move creates a new cyber practice group to expand CRC Group’s cyber insurance capabilities and broaden INSUREtrust’s network.
INSUREtrust, known for its specialized cyber insurance brokerage, risk management tools, and products, brings valuable experience and exclusive offerings that strengthen CRC Group’s cyber insurance services. This integration provides CRC Group brokers with additional resources to offer comprehensive cyber risk solutions to their clients.
“Leading The Industry”
Mike Brennan, Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Solutions at CRC Group, discussed the strategic importance of the integration. “Incorporating INSUREtrust into our group reflects our dedication to leading the industry by providing our clients with effective solutions to manage and mitigate cyber risks,” said Brennan.
Christiaan Durdaller, President and CEO of INSUREtrust, will lead the Cyber Practice Group. This group will focus on delivering solutions across the United States. “INSUREtrust’s products will enhance CRC’s existing capabilities to address our clients’ needs in the cyber insurance market,” stated Durdaller. He noted that the strategic integration underlines the commitment of both INSUREtrust and CRC to deliver innovative and tailored solutions suitable for the modern business environment.
The addition of INSUREtrust’s products to CRC Group’s portfolio is expected to fortify its position as a provider of specialty insurance solutions, addressing the complex cyber risks businesses face in today’s changing landscape.
