Sahar Sabouni, previously serving as Head of Employee Success, has been promoted to Chief People Officer, and Dan Palardy, who held the position of Lead Actuary, has advanced to the role of Chief Actuary. In a blog post announcing the appointments, Jack Kudale, the founder and CEO of Cowbell, noted these promotions are a testament to Cowbell’s commitment to internal growth and leadership development, reinforcing its position as a leader in offering cutting-edge cyber insurance solutions.

Sabouni
Sabouni joined Cowbell in May 2021, making significant contributions by establishing the company’s People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development infrastructure from the ground up. Palardy
Dan Palardy, who joined Cowbell in January 2022, brought with him a wealth of experience in actuarial and underwriting, enhancing Cowbell’s Actuarial and Catastrophe Modeling team. His work has not only contributed to Cowbell’s standing in the cyber insurance market but also earned him recognition as a finalist for the Program Manager Rising Star of the Year 2023. His previous tenure at Axis Capital, where he specialized in cyber and professional lines reinsurance pricing.
