Duffy brings more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity leadership, security program development, and executive advisory services. His background includes building security teams and shaping enterprise risk strategies. Consulting Solutions said the hire supports its plan to strengthen cybersecurity capabilities amid intensifying threats.

Cybersecurity Experience Shapes New Leadership Role
Duffy most recently served as Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Zyston, a Dallas-based cybersecurity consulting and managed security services firm. In that role, he helped scale the business and advised clients on resilience in complex digital environments.
His experience also includes executive search and leadership advisory work. Earlier, he placed leaders in operational and technical cybersecurity roles, such as CISOs, thereby strengthening the firm amid persistent talent shortages.
