Chubb appointed Jimaan Sané as Head of Growth, Global Cyber, effective immediately. Sané will run performance and expansion for global cyber growth strategies. He will work with distribution and underwriting teams to deliver cyber insurance to clients and brokers. Chubb said the role spans all industries and sizes.
Mike Kessler, Chubb’s Global Cyber Risk president, called Sané a proven growth leader. Kessler said Sané’s innovative approach will sharpen solutions and support market leadership in the cyber insurance market.

“We are confident that his innovative approach will further enhance our best-in-class cyber solutions and strengthen our position as a leader in the cyber insurance market,” said Kessler.
Background and market focus
Sané joined from Beazley Group after more than a decade in cyber risks leadership. He most recently led growth for London and International platforms. He drove strategy across London and international portfolios. Sané managed multinational underwriting teams in London, Europe, Canada, and Singapore.
Chubb signaled continued investment in cyber risk insurance, cyber liability coverage, and digital risk coverage. The insurer also supports ransomware insurance and cyber protection policy options through its broker network. Chubb operates in 54 countries and territories. Chubb Limited trades on the New York Stock Exchange under CB. Sané will help brokers place cyber liability coverage for small firms and multinationals.
