CFC has launched a new U.S.-based cyber development team, reinforcing its position in the cyber insurance market. The company also expanded its regional footprint through the appointments of John Keebler and Morgan Justice.
Keebler joins as National Cyber Development Leader for the USA, operating from Chicago. He will oversee strategic cyber initiatives and broker relationships to support sustainable growth in the U.S. market. Keebler brings over 15 years of cyber insurance experience, having previously served as National Director for Business Development at Coalition.

New Roles Strengthen Regional Broker Support
Morgan Justice joins CFC as Cyber Development Manager for the Western Region, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She will focus on developing new broker relationships and growing CFC’s cyber portfolios across the western U.S. Justice also joins from Coalition, where she led West Coast underwriting and business development.
Justice reports to Keebler, who also manages Annie Lyons, CFC’s Cyber Development Manager in New York. Together, the trio will serve as key decision-makers, accelerating deal turnaround and delivering specialized support for brokers.

Commitment to Local Market Growth
Lindsey Maher, CFC’s Head of Global Cyber Development, stated that the appointments signify the company’s commitment to growth in the U.S. market. “The creation of our US-focused cyber development team demonstrates our commitment to providing a dedicated resource to help our brokers succeed.”
