
CFC has announced the appointment of Nick Line as Chief Underwriting Officer, effective in 2026. Line has served in various senior roles during his 28-year tenure at Markel, including Chief Actuary and Chief Underwriting Officer. He has led key initiatives to expand product offerings, grow into new markets, and drive sustainable, profitable growth.

CFC CEO Louise O’Shea emphasized Line’s technical depth and leadership experience. “He combines deep technical knowledge with global leadership experience,” she said.
