These changes signal the company’s effort to boost its presence in Canada and expand its international cyber insurance operations and offerings.
Jonathan Weekes Named President of BOXX Canada
Jonathan Weekes takes over as President of BOXX Insurance Canada. His background includes roles at Aon, AIG, and Marsh. Most recently, he served as SVP and Cyber Practice Leader at HUB. BOXX CEO Vishal Kundi said, “We are excited to have Jonathan on board to lead our Canadian business.”

Weekes will focus on growing BOXX’s Cyberboxx® product suite and strengthening its position in the Canadian cyber insurance market.
Phil Baker Transitions to Global Chief Underwriting Officer
Phil Baker, previously President of BOXX Canada and CUO, will now serve exclusively as the company’s Global Chief Underwriting Officer. He will guide cyber underwriting strategy across all markets.

Neal Jardine Appointed Global Cyber Intelligence & Claims Officer
Neal Jardine has been named Chief Cyber Intelligence & Claims Officer. He joined BOXX in 2022 and helped develop the company’s PREDICT PREVENT and INSURE approach.

“I look forward to working with our global Presidents and executives to expand BOXX’s reach internationally,” said Jardine.
