Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Bobby Bianconi as its new Global Head of Cyber. Bianconi, a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, brings over a decade of dedicated underwriting experience to this role. He has been a part of the Aspen team since 2016, most recently serving as the Head of US Cyber.
Before joining Aspen, Bianconi served as the Cyber portfolio for the Western United States at Allied World. His career journey also includes underwriting positions at HCC Specialty and Valiant.
Based in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, Bianconi will now lead Aspen’s Global Cyber underwriting team. He will be responsible for shaping the company’s underwriting strategy and enhancing its risk management capabilities. Additionally, he will continue to oversee Aspen’s cutting-edge Cyber Risk Platform, which offers innovative pre-incident services to primary insureds worldwide.
Bianconi holds designations as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional/US (CIPP/US).
