Posted on June 3, 2025June 3, 2025 By Martin Hinton No Comments on UKON Cyber Insurance: A New Marketplace for Cyber Risk Coverage

FifthWall Solutions has rebranded to UKON, shifting from a wholesale broker to a cyber insurance marketplace. The company’s mission is to simplify cyber insurance for businesses and offer better risk assessment tools and coverage options.

Transition from FifthWall to UKON

Founded in 2015 following a cyber breach, FifthWall initially served as a wholesale broker, focusing on streamlining access to more than 50 top carriers. As UKON, the company now aims to provide a platform that integrates technology and insurance sectors to enhance risk quantification and coverage accessibility.

“UKON is more than a name. It is a signal,” said Cole Knuth, CEO of FifthWall. “We’re charting a new path in cyber protection, one that simplifies insurance, quantifies risk, and restores confidence.”

New Brand Identity

The new UKON logo includes a magnetized needle, a reference to the Yukon Territory’s uncharted rivers, symbolizing the company’s goal to simplify cyber risk navigation. The rebrand aims to reflect the company’s transition into a platform focused on understanding and reducing cyber risk.

The official launch will take place at Pax8 Beyond 2025, where UKON will showcase its services, including automated quoting, real-time underwriting, and risk intelligence, for MSPs, agencies, and enterprise partners.
