CISO Global and Cyber Assurance Group have partnered to launch CyberSimple, a bundled cybersecurity and insurance solution aimed at increasing cyber resilience among small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The goal is to provide these often-overlooked organizations with affordable, scalable protection against modern cyber threats and the financial fallout of attacks.
CyberSimple Combines AI Cybersecurity and Insurance
CyberSimple includes CISO Global’s CHECKLIGHT®, an AI-powered endpoint detection and response platform. CHECKLIGHT® offers continuous monitoring and protection from advanced cyber threats. The platform also features embedded cyber insurance coverage specifically designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

Kyle Young, Chief Operating Officer of CISO Global noted, “This partnership offers business owners an efficient way to sleep at night, knowing their networks are protected and their financial risk is mitigated.”
SMBs Often Lack Cyber Resilience
Many SMBs do not have the resources to deploy comprehensive cybersecurity tools. As a result, they are often excluded from affordable cyber insurance. David Bechtel, Co-Founder of Cyber Assurance Group said, “As companies face increasing cyber threats and regulatory pressures, financial protection has become a critical risk transfer tool, especially for small and mid-sized businesses.
Growing Cyber Insurance Market
Analysts project the global cyber insurance market will exceed $50 billion by 2030. Demand for combined cybersecurity and insurance is rising, particularly among SMBs facing complex digital threats and compliance needs.
Focus on Scalable Solutions
The partnership aims to expand beyond SMBs. Cyber Assurance Group and CISO Global plan to co-develop customized cyber insurance solutions for enterprise clients using CISO’s proprietary software.
