Beazley Security has appointed two senior leadership positions. They will manage its growth and expand operations in key markets. Stephanie Webb will lead sales in the UK and Europe, while Jason Deering will focus on client engagements across the Americas, including the US, Canada, and Latin America. Both will report to Chief Revenue Officer Erin Malone.
The move comes as demand for Beazley Security’s integrated cyber risk management solutions grows. The company offers a range of services, including its Managed eXtended Detection and Response (MXDR) platform, Incident Response and Restoration services, and tailored support for Beazley cyber insurance clients.
“We have seen incredible growth since introducing our comprehensive approach to cyber risk management,” said Alton Kizziah, CEO of Beazley Security. “Stephanie and Jason will help us accelerate client engagement and deliver proactive, responsive, and adaptive cybersecurity solutions.”
Stephanie Webb
Webb joins Beazley from Proofpoint, where she led efforts to address critical cybersecurity challenges in the UK and Europe. With over 30 years of experience, she has held global roles at Cisco, F5 Networks, and Vodafone. Webb is also a diversity advocate and former chair of the women@Proofpoint initiative.
Jason Deering
Deering brings 25 years of cybersecurity expertise, including leadership roles at Optiv Security, Cylance, and Symantec. He previously led a 300-person team at Optiv and has contributed to IT security initiatives in South Texas.
Beazley Security’s leadership news comes after the firm has experienced rapid growth, expanding its operations in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Singapore over the past 18 months.
