Kroll announced the appointment of Katherine Keefe as Managing Director and Global Cyber Insurance Industry Lead. In this role, Keefe will lead Kroll’s global cyber insurance efforts, expanding services for insurance clients dealing with evolving cyber threats and regulatory challenges.
Dave Burg, Global Head of Cyber & Data Resilience at Kroll, emphasized Keefe’s expertise and industry relationships as key assets. “Her deep understanding of the cyber insurance and regulatory landscape, along with her strong cyber marketplace relationships, is invaluable as we expand our support for insurance clients,” Burg said. He added that Kroll’s clients face significant risks, including “active and evolving cyber threats” and shifting global regulations. He noted that Keefe’s leadership will help the firm “further enhance our end-to-end solutions, helping clients navigate ongoing threats, manage costs, and build robust resilience strategies.”

Kroll participates in over 85 insurance panels and manages thousands of cyber incidents annually. The firm’s cyber and data resilience team works with clients of all sizes, providing incident response, risk management, and advisory services to address current and emerging risks.
Burg noted that Kroll will continue to build its Cyber & Data Resilience leadership with strategic hires, aiming to “address the hardest and most important business issues that face the global economy.”
