1Fort, a leading cyber insurance solution, has added Leon Rishniw to its founding team as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Rishniw is a veteran in the cyber insurance and security industries, with over 25 years of experience. He was the first Head of Engineering at Coalition, a leading cyber insurance provider, and led the development of the first data-driven cyber insurance platform.
In his new role, Rishniw will lead 1Fort’s security initiatives and strategy. He will also be responsible for developing and implementing security standards and procedures to protect the company’s data and systems.
“I’m excited to join the 1Fort team because of the great people and the valuable service we’re building,” said Rishniw. “Not only does 1Fort expedite qualifying for cyber insurance for mid-market and enterprise companies, but it also helps close security gaps that make these companies vulnerable to attack.”
The addition of Rishniw to 1Fort’s leadership team is a major coup for the company. It reaffirms 1Fort’s commitment to the highest security and data privacy standards, and it positions the company well to continue its growth and success.
“We are delighted to welcome Leon to the 1Fort team,” said Anthony Marshi, CEO of 1Fort. “With his 25+ years of expertise in cyber insurance and security, Leon is poised to make significant contributions to our engineering and security initiatives. We look forward to achieving new milestones together.”
