Resilience, a company specializing in cyber risk management, has announced leadership promotions to support its global expansion in 2025.
Resilience CEO Vishaal “V8” Hariprasad stated that these leadership promotions will help Resilience improve its integration of cybersecurity and insurance. President Mario Vitale noted the importance of internal talent in supporting the company’s operational goals.

This tremendous growth and momentum has created the opportunity for our senior leaders to take on more responsibilities, especially as we help our clients break their silos in cybersecurity and insurance to manage their cyber risk holistically,” said Hariprasad.
Leadership Team
George Kotsiopoulos has been named President, Insurance. He will oversee underwriting strategy, capacity partnerships, and actuarial functions while continuing to lead global distribution and strategy.
Gavin Reed has been promoted to Head of Underwriting for North America. With over 20 years of experience as a broker and underwriter, Reed has helped establish Resilience’s underwriting operations on the West Coast and co-led the US underwriting team.
Sarah Thompson steps into a new role as Global Head of Sales Strategy. Her responsibilities will include strategy, enablement, and operations for revenue-generating teams across the organization.
Taking the role of Managing Director, International Insurance is Jack Jenner. He will focus on business development in European and Asian markets and work closely with Rehan Hussain, Head of Underwriting, International.
Cyber Risk Capacity
The company has also expanded its underwriting capacity to $20 million, supported by new capacity partnerships. This move aligns with its goal of helping clients quantify and transfer cyber risks more effectively.
